No. Everything on this page is on Starter: the site, the quote form, your customer list, the appointments calendar, the newsletter, a mailbox on your own domain, estimates your customers approve online, and invoices they pay on your site, one-off or recurring, by card, or by bank transfer once you turn it on in Stripe. The Store plan adds products, cart and checkout, which is worth it if you sell parts, filters or service plans online — and you can move up to it later without rebuilding anything.
Yes. Ask for one on the estimate, and your customer pays it by card as they approve, or on the invoice, as a percentage of the total or a set amount, due when they get it or by a day you choose, with the rest due by the invoice's due date. Bigger job? Add payments after the deposit, up to seven, each with its own name and day, like Framing and Final walk-through, and the invoice lays them out as a payment schedule. Your customer pays what's due, or the whole job, from the same link, and reminders follow whichever is due. Paid by check or in cash on the job? Record the payment, for whatever came in, and the invoice shows what's left — one invoice for the job, from deposit to final payment.
Yes, with a recurring invoice. Set it up once — the customer, the work and your terms — and choose how often it goes: every week, every two weeks, every month, every three months, or a schedule of your own. On each date the invoice is made and emailed for you from 9 AM, and your customer pays it on your site from its link. It's on Starter, so lawn care, cleaning, pool service and maintenance plans don't need the store. If one can't go out, it waits as a draft and you're told.
Yes. When a customer emails asking for a price, choose Make an estimate in the assistant beside your Inbox. In one click it makes a draft estimate from their email, billed to them: the items and a note, using your saved items at their saved prices, with any price it had to suggest marked Check price. Open estimate shows what it filled in and any questions the customer asked that the draft doesn't answer; Undo deletes the draft while nobody has changed it. Nothing goes to your customer until you check it and send it, and each estimate it makes uses some of your AI credits.
Starter is $25 a month, or $180 for the year, which works out to $15 a month. There are no setup fees and no contract. Building and previewing the whole site is free — you pay when you publish it.
No. A domain is bought separately on every plan, either through us or from wherever you already own one. What the plan covers is the hosting, the SSL certificate, and a mailbox on that domain once it's connected.
Into your Inbox with every answer on it, and we email you the moment one arrives — you can turn that off. The name, email and phone go to your contact list, you can reply from the shared inbox on your own domain, and you can export the whole list to CSV whenever you like.
No. The tag says what the design was drawn around, not who is allowed to use it — the gallery above is a shortcut, not a fence. Every template is available on every plan, so if a design filed under another industry suits your trade better, use that one.
Yes. You edit the page in place: change any word, swap a photo, drag sections into a different order, recolor the site. No code, and nothing you have to ask a developer for.
